The Mujeres en Fe Coordinator will be responsible for supervising 6 peer educators, assisting in the coordination of the annual summit, and assisting with the implementation of prevention activities with participating churches. The position reports to the Mujeres en Fe Program Director

Qualifications:

• Fully bi-lingual (English/Spanish).  Must be able to write, read and speak in both languages.
• Training/facilitation skills, approximately three(3) years on health related issues.
• Exceptional Computer skills/URS entry.
• Excellent presentation communication skills, written and verbal.
• Team Player.

Key Responsabilities:

• Supervision of 6 peer educators.
• Coordinates peer educators trainings and activities.
• Assists in the coordination of the annual summit.
• Excellent presentation communication skills, written and verbal.
• Assists with the implementation of prevention activities with participating churches.
• Coordinates the publications of the MEF bilingual newsletter.
• Assists with translations of documents.
• Collects data for program reports and evaluation.
• URS data entry.
• Builds relationships with Faith Leaders
• Participates in trainings, workshops and lectures
• Other duties as assigned.
